How to open the User List for Asana?
Simply use the “Users” button located at the top upper left of the screen. See the image below:
What columns are available in the panel view for Asana?
The user panel allows you to add/remove the columns in the grid by simply clicking the 3-dot menu for any column. You can choose among 4 columns for Asana.
How to use the User List panel for Asana?
The User List panel offers a lot of flexibility. You can sort on any column, and also search with the textbox on top of the grid. You can invite any user to use Bridge24, and you can also export all your users to Excel.
The following options are available:
- Invite: This feature allows you to invite all users in your Workspace to use Bridge24. They will all receive an email to sign up for an account.
- Export to Excel: Below the grid, click the Excel button if you want to export all displayed users to Excel. This will only export the filtered users with the columns you have selected in the grid.
