Bridge24 provides a powerful reporting capability for Asana, Basecamp, Trello, and AceProject. We now have added the ability to use share your Searches for other users in your Bridge24 account to access and use.

Each Bridge24 account comes with 5 users for you and your colleagues to use to create great reports and other representations of your data. Many users create a lot of Searches, and when they add another user, there has been keen interest in the ability to share those searches with the other users. As of today, this is now possible!

Sharing Searches

Setting up Search parameters can take time, and some users create a lot of Searches. When a new user joins their Bridge24 account it may take a lot of energy to recreate those searches for the new user to create/access the same search parameters. Bridge24 provides a powerful reporting capability for Asana, Basecamp, Trello, and AceProject. We now have added the ability to use advanced multi-field, multi-criteria filtering. Set date ranges and relative selects on all date fields, include/exclude values on text fields, and more!

Accessing advanced filters

The terminology and process have been modified slightly for filtering. The first step is to create your “Search” (or query) to retrieve the active dataset that you will want to filter. The Search is done on the left panel usually through a Custom search to retrieve multiple projects (including completed information) and displayed in the grid.

A new Filter drop-down is available in the header area and can be used in all views (Grid, Calendar, Charts). Use the “+” to add and name a new filter and set parameters. Filtering is available on all columns including custom field dates and values for Asana and Trello users.

Bridge24 provides a powerful reporting capability for Asana, Basecamp, Trello, and AceProject. We now have added the ability to save your Report setup and layout parameters so that multiple report definitions can be used without having to modify it each time.

Accessing saved reports

A new Report list layout has been provided under the Reports area. Access by clicking on the Reports link on the top right (be sure to select your filter to use in the report, since it is contextual). A Report can be copied/duplicated, and within each definition, select different fields and settings. You can drag & drop to order the reports on the list. Click on the name to run it.
